Pink and Pearlie at In the Pink

Good morning everyone,
It's time for another challenge at In the Pink and our theme is Pink and Pearlie - I love this combination! I've coloured the Wee image Rose and Felix (Whimsy Stamps via Bunny Zoe's Crafts) with Inktense pencils and hand stitched Maja Design Vintage Spring Basics papers (available at Live and Love Crafts). I've also used:
Birdcage (covered with Shabby Pink Frantage) - Noor! Design die
Frame - Spellbinders Fleur De Lis Squares
Rolled rose, twine, pink blossom flower (with stamens removed) - Ribbon Girl
Doily, lace, butterflies (Pion design cut-out sheet), feather - Live and Love Crafts
Sparkly pearl embellishment, cottage rose - Wild Orchid Crafts
Postcard and stamp - from an old Craftwork Cards collection
Pins, pearls, ribbon - from my stash

It's an exciting week at In the Pink because we have two talented new Pink Ladies joining us! Also, we have a fantastic prize on offer for this challenge: the Ribbon Girl are very generously sponsoring us with a £10 voucher for the lucky winner!

There is some beautiful inspiration from my lovely teammates over at the In the Pink blog - we would love to see you there!

I'm entering my card into the following challenges:
Ribbon Girl - Colour Challenge: Pink
Scrap & Craft - Anything Goes

Thank you so much for looking and for all your lovely comments. Sorry I haven't been posting much over the last couple of weeks - I'll have more posts again from now on and I'll have some candy on offer in a few days.

Have a lovely day!
Rebecca.

This card is divine and as always I just love it all - I have the SB Fleur de Lis dies and although it is a relatively old did it is still one of my favourites but I have never used it on Kraft card - I think you know where I'm going with this!!! 13. Oh, this is just gorgeous Rebecca! The design, colours and embellishments are so wonderful. It's such a delicate looking card.
I've got that Noor! design birdcage that I've been using today but it just won't cut properly. What gsm card did you use? I've tried 300 and 216. It wouldn't cut through the 300 and when I embossed the 216 to get the cage bars to cut through properly they just ripped. So I'd love your feedback on this to see if I've got a faulty die.
Thank you so much for checking on me. I'm still not back to normal but thought I would try to get back into things anyway. You're a great blog friend! Debra x
